"Reasonable house, needs a bit of work. Downstairs bedrooms were a bit cool even with heaters provided. Upstairs area good with heating. The open fire needs a screen to stop sparks flicking onto floor/rug. Needs a gas bbq for an option to cook outside. Communication with owner was great."

"We came to stay here to get away from home for the holidays but where we could still work when necessary. It was a very relaxing time away with a lovely outlook and peaceful location. Walking distance to a fishing spot and the dog loved swimming in the river. Kitchen is well appointed, and the balcony is a great space for a workout, making lego or doing emails. A great spot for a family getaway!"

"Lovely home beautiful outlook , need a BBQ , never occured to us there would not be one in this location, and more comfortable furniture for deck (does not have to be expensive just comfortable) spent most of the time on the deck and the furniture was very average, smoke detectors over stove (rangehood not working) and fireplace stupid, of course they went off when cooking, need top sheet as well as doona on beds for hygeine as well as comfort, lots of light globes blown throughout, we did enjoy...

"What an amazing place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom balcony unit. The balcony was huge, bigger than the apartment! The views are unforgettable. The hotel has a lovely pool area but the water is not heated so we didn't use it. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the Palm Beach ferry. Ettalong is a very nice place with a beautiful beach so we may be back."
