"Clean room, air con not too noisy. Requested to not be in a ground floor room due to safety concerns, was given a fourth floor room which I was much happier with. Thank you to the nice man at reception. "

"We didn't really eat or drink in the hotel as our little one wouldnt cooperate to sit in the bar area but the staff were amazing. We had the best time away and cannot wait to come back again next year. "

"Arrived at Sofitel early in the morning. My wife and I were warmly greeted by front desk staff Mr Ronak. We felt his sincerely through his smile and conversation. Mr Ronak was very helpful and willing to take an extra step to check us in early. The room is nice, clean, and comfy. We were able to take a warm shower, after almost 14 hrs flight from Singapore, before heading out to explore Paddington. We had a good sleep too, the bed is comfortable, would have been perfect if the pillows are harder, which is my personal preference. It will be walking distance to our departure later on. I love Sofitel@London Heathrow, we will be back again, soon."

"We arrived early after a flight and were offered an available room. Very comfortable even though rooms here are not large. Easy to get to from Terminal 4. Lobby area was nice and my IHG status got us a couple of drinks. Well appointed rooms. Everything is in great condition. Only thing that seemed to be missing was a safe. "

"It is hard to get to Heathrow hotels using on again/off again shuttles. However upon arriving at Leonardo’s, I was quickly checked in and could relax the rest of the day. Room was quiet, clean and had a kettle! No funny tasting tea coming out of a coffee machine that North American hotels stock in each room."
