"Beautifully presented interior. Modern decor, clean & well equipped. Finding the aircon on when I arrived was a welcome surprise on a very hot day. The bed was comfortable, albeit & little high for someone with a mobility issue. The exterior, in particular the backyard, needs a lot of work. The ground & the paving are uneven, presenting a trip hazard for the older person or young children. The outdoor table was very rocky as a result & I would not dared to have sat a wine glass on it. Terribly overgrown & the fence looked quite hit & miss and possibly unsafe for my very small dog. Overall, I enjoyed my time. "

"Everything was awesome. Only area of concern was the peeling ceiling in the bunk room was a bit disconcerting for those on the top bunk. "

Two negatives…outside areas back and front were very dirty and obviously not cleaned including spider webs on seating out the back and lots of sand along concrete outside front door and along the paved area. Also, only enough dishwashing detergent to do one lot of washing, for five people for three days. And given how much this stay cost, this is slack and poor. "
