"Absolutely stunning views and exceptional location. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or views. The house itself is a beach house and perfect for the location. What lets this property down is the cleanliness or lack of. The kitchen cupboards and benches were all dirty and sticky and so were the all the cooking products in the kitchen and also the kitchen table. The house needs a good scrub from top to bottom and to deal with the ant problem in the kitchen. "

"We spent Easter at Ninetta's place with our adult children, partners and one grandchild. It was comfortable, laid back, and enjoyable. We loved being so close to the beach, walking and swimming every day. The view of the ocean and the horizon are uplifting, even from the edge of the bed in the morning.The house is old, with basic furnishings. The most appealing features are the location, views and lots of natural light through the upstairs living spaces and bedrooms.It was clean and tidy, the beds are reasonably comfortable, the hot water works, and the kitchen has the essential supplies.We would stay here again."
