Not only is she helpful and responsive but she looks out for guests' safety and takes complete responsibility for any inquiries & issues we may've had. She's also very receptive to your feedback. Apartment is as shown & described. Had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay. It's air conditioned with window AC (one unit in the dining area and another in the bedroom), so if you're okay with that, you're good. Great in every way. Highly recommended."
