"Great staff! Professional, warm, and quick to help with anything we needed during our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend this place based on the service alone."

"We enjoy staying at the Clarendon. Breakfasts are great, especially with the ever helpful Ivo attending. Room was clean, but we noticed some wear and tear on the curtains. Rooms are hot if it's hot outside. There is a fan but no AC (Looks like London is in need, with climate change). It is close to public transport and pubs. Staff are friendly."

"Rooms are clean and smell more bleach than perfume. Staff were very helpful, the bar is well stocked but prices are steep. For breakfast i had the toast with scrambled egg and bacon and it was okay but the coffee was awful. Not great soundproofing from the corridor Overall it was perfect for a night and within walking distance of the O2 and the pier. Parking outside"

"We loved having the day bed in our room, gave us a comfy place to sit & the extra sleeping location. The breakfast was very good and we ate 2 meals in the restaurant. The lobby had comfortable seating and the staff were very helpful. They even called a taxi for us and our 4 suitcases. The location made site seeing easy and it was very close to our to our cruise ship for when we had to board."
