"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"We loved the location and the quiet. We were three so the suite style set up gave us much needed room-with a wonderfully spacious bathroom! The only thing we missed was no restaurant for early coffee or breakfast/just a coffee machine in the lobby.They did not have updated coffee machines in the room which made it feel a bit/ little outdated with old coffee pots being provided. "The room was a great little 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It had a balcony that gave amazing views of the mountains on one side and the promenade on the other. The staff were polite and helpful, greeting us eachtime we walked past the front desk."

"Very well-equipped holiday apartment with comfortable beds. Friendly front desk. Walking distance to many restaurants along the waterfront, and to public buses up on the hill. The building is older and feels a bit like a hospital or old people's residence, with swinging fire doors and dim lighting in the corridors. There was a slight fishy smell in the unit due to the general humidity. Bring your own toilet paper! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. "Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"This is a cheap and cheerful apart-hotel located just outside the centre of Grasse. It was quiet, the host was friendly and helpful, and it suited our purposes (a couple of nights) perfectly. The hotel does not currently provide breakfast but there is a good local café just round the corner."

"An *extremely* basic hotel. Very clean but far fewer amenities than a Travelodge or Premier Inn for a UK comparison. Had to pay to park and despite this still not enough spaces in the car park. Quite isolated location - must have a car. Poor communication and overall disappointing and reasonably expensive for what it is. "

"Building is beautiful in a fantastic location with the town centre being only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious, clean and boasts a coffee machine and aircon throughout. We can’t thank our host enough for all he did for us throughout our stay! "Just returned from a 4 night stay - family of 5. Spacious apartment well equipped with lovely sea views. Lovely staff on reception desk made us feel very welcome and very helpful. Arrived 11 am and was able to leave luggage in storage so able to make the most of our first day. Fantastic location on the Promenade de Anglais would definitely recommend and would love to return again. "
