We had a fantastic time there and in the villa our favorite part was the outdoor ground patio. There was essentially no communication but it’s easy to figure out when you arrive. The place is old, dated and needs sol good old TLC, and lots of upkeep and maintenance, and effectively a full remodel. It’s very used and lots of things have years of wear and tear, but all in all, it was a fantastic location and quite place for the family.

Très bon emplacement de la résidence et notre appartement pour 5 personnes avait une jolie terrasse. En revanche, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont nécessaires: quand on prenait une douche ou recevait des décharges électriques avec le pommeau de douche( c’est très dangereux!)!! Et sur la terrasse les tuyaux fuyaient ( gouttes). Nous avons été très déçus pour une résidence 3 étoiles.

Building is beautiful in a fantastic location with the town centre being only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious, clean and boasts a coffee machine and aircon throughout. We can’t thank our host enough for all he did for us throughout our stay! From recommending great places to eat and drink to making sure we were comfortable and safe for the duration of our week stay. Will definitely be returning.

Enl bokningsinfo hade receptionen öppet till 22 och daglig städning. Vid vår ankomst på kvällen fick vi ett surt bemötande och de upplyste att vi hade tur att de var där då receptionen stängde 19. Först dag 4 gjordes första och enda städningen. Vi fick flertal ggr be om mer toalettpapper och fick en rulle i taget på 4 personer. AC’n lät fruktansvärt högt och lät mer än den fungerade. I övrigt fungerade lägenheten bra. Låg bra till och mysig terass utanför.

Un court passage sur Antibes pour le travail. Très bon logement mais quelques détails à revoir : la clef de la porte, tordue, la commande des chaines TV trop compliquée, le ménage des toilettes non fait, la réception fermée la plupart du temps.

Die Lage war gut - nicht weit zum Meer oder Supermarkt (mit dem Auto). Leider hat es an Ausstattung gefehlt - Salz, Pfeffer, Küchenhandtuch, etc. Im Bad lag ein gebrauchter Duschvorleger und der Schwamm in der „Küche“ zum spülen war eklig alt (unbenutzbar). Es wurde auch nicht richtig Staubgewischt - zB war das Bettkopfteil voller Staub. Zudem war es sehr laut, man hörte jeden Schritt, jedes Wort, jede Tür der anderen, sodass es unmöglich war mal zu entspannen oder auszuschlafen. Ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen, wie es ist, wenn man in der Hochsaison dort schlafen muss.... Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen auch eindeutig zu klein und im Bad hätten dickere oder größere Menschen kaum eine Chance.

Une nuit pluvieuse

Très belle localisation pour cet appartement. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais les alentours sont très sympas. Odeur de cigarette dans la cuisine mais pas dans la chambre. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour notre famille. Le wifi fonctionnait bien, belle salle de bain spacieuse et bons lits.

Friendly guest house

Nice enough rooms for a cheap stay on Juan les Pins. Good location- main beach, shops and restaurants about 4 mins walk away. But need to plan ahead to actually get a space on the beach - it’s all private and gets packed in August!
