"Front desk lady gave us excellent suggestions on where to go/what to do at the Grand Canyon, made the trip great. The hotel pushes you toward two restaurants with a discount (probably the restaurants are overpriced by at least that much to compensate), I imagine they're partners or get a kickback or something. Would not recommend the mexican place (super-overpriced and the food wasn't very good), the other was very basic but the food was tasty and seemed to be more or less fair for how expensive everything nearby is. Expect to pay a lot for something very basic here, it's the location in general. The room was clean and quiet, easy to get in/out and walking distance to the hotel's partner restaurants. It was a decent place to stay and we'd stay here again if we're in the area."

"This is a very interesting hotel/motel. The location is great! So close to the highway and the city. It's rather tough to take a left out of the parking lot, which is what you have to do every day to get...anywhere. Parking is plentiful, but...strange. It's unclear which direction cars are going in and out of the lot, so we have some near misses. The room was nice and big, and easy to fit four people and our luggage. A/C in the room was very quiet, which was nice. No breakfast included, but we found some nice options nearby."

"The young woman checking us in was fantastic! (Back after being gone a while) The jacuzzi was great, but could not get the bubbles to work. Also, the shower door setup made it nearly impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry."
