"Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room ."

"We truly loved everything about our stay at Fioreze Family Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main spots in the city. We were traveling as a family of four—my wife, our two kids, and I—and this was the only hotel we found (even compared to big names like Marriott in São Paulo) that offered a room with a queen bed plus two twin beds, all in the same space. That made a huge difference for us. The amenities were excellent across the board. But what really stood out—and made the experience unforgettable—was the incredible hospitality of the entire staff, from the valet team to housekeeping.
