A hospedagem foi acolhedora desde antes de iniciarmos a estadia em que fomos recebidas da Maiara com um contato de boas vindas a hospedagem, uma antecipação para agilizar o Check-in e disposição para sanar qualquer dúvida. Ao chegarmos de viagem no fim do dia fomos muito bem recepcionadas pelo Michael que nos passou todas as orientações do hotel e quarto. No dia seguinte tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer a Su que fez questão de nos conhecer, dar as boas vindas logo cedo e cuidar para que cada hóspede se sentisse em casa com um café da tarde. O Maicon que estava sempre animado e nos dava dicas das coisas gostosas feitas pela Graci (sempre elaborava cardápios gostosos e com o diferencial que tinham opções para quem tem intolerância ou que não come carne) e do que fazer na cidade, a Kerly que sempre cuidava com muito zelo da arrumação do quarto, a Marana e Elivelton que quando os conhecemos na parte da tarde/noite estavam sempre dispostos a nos receber sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Sem dúvidas nenhuma foi uma das melhores estadias que estive e como falei quando me despedi já querendo ficar, melhor que muito hotel quatro estrelas para cima e resorts que me hospedei nesses últimos anos. Voltei já recomendando o hotel para todos. E com certeza quando voltar para Gramado será a minha opção que escolherei. Um muito obrigada a cada um que fez da estadia a segunda casa. Simplesmente amei! Gratidão! Que vocês possam receber multiplicado todo carinho, zelo e simpatia que tiveram.

Muito frio dentro do quarto

Hotel simpático, bem localizado, com funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos e solícitos com a famíia, porém a calefação do quarto não estava funcionando direito, ligava e desligava, e estava muito frio. Com crianças pequenas então, ficou impraticável. Tivemos que ir embora poucas horas após o check in.

Hotel impecável em todos os aspectos, desde o atendimento até na acomodação. Intimista e super acolhedor por parte dos Hostess, resolvem tudo e dão dicas sobre o turismo em gramado. Excelente estadia

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a escolha do Hotel Micheline em Gramado. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e sempre preocupados em nos atender muito bem. Café da manhã maravilhoso, preparado com muito carinho. Um diferencial positivo é que quando fizemos passeios que a saida era antes do início do horário do Café da manhã os funcionários do Hotel nos deixaram tomar café com aquilo que estava pronto. Outro ponto muito positivo é a limpeza, tudo muito organizado e quartos muito limpo. O Hotel também serve um café no final da tarde que é delicioso. O hotel fica no centro da cidade de Gramado e nem precisamos de carro para a locomoção na cidade. Adoramos a nossa estadia no hotel e com certeza quando voltarmos a Gramado iremos nos hospedar no hotel novamente.
