This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

O café da manhã, falo a respeito dos pães e frios , deixa demais a desejar para uma cidade como Gramado . O quarto tinha sinais de descuido com infraestrutura no teto , porta e banheiro . Nada que incomodou a nós; mas se não for restaurado em 1-2 anos será uma coisa feia . Fora estes dois aspectos , recomendo se hospedar . Inclusive voltarei .

A parte da recreação é excelente, as criancas tem atividades em grande parte do dia, acho apenas as piscinas pequenas, para nós não teve problemas por termos ficado em grande parte do tempo com o hotel bem vazio.
