Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Logo ao chegarmos tivemos problemas com o aquecedor do quarto e depois de insistimos muito nos trocaram de quarto ainda no primeiro dia, porém este quarto também não estava com o aquecedor funcionando. Dormimos a primeira noite sem aquecedor e no segundo dia minha esposa fez uma reclamação diretamente com a coordenadora que para reparar o inconveniente nos deu um upgrade de quarto e como cortesia uma extraordinária massagem relaxante para o casal. Demais, o Hotel é extraordinário e com excelente academia, café da manhã, piscina aquecida, jacuzzi e ótima localização. Ótimo para casal e família com crianças. O Estacionamento é cobrado a parte cerca de 40 reais ao dia.

Achei um pouco bagunçado o atendimento com o cliente. Check in Muito demorado, muito mesmo, nunca passei por isso em lugar nenhum. Fora que tivemos vários imprevistos, ar não funcionava, tivemos que trocar de quarto, várias outras coisas que ocorreu. A pior foi pedir informação para o atendente da recepção um loiro, perguntando como usar as bicicletas, ele com descaso, sem nem olhar na nossa cara direito, falando pra falar com o manobrista e pedir o formulário de locação, fomos até lá e os mesmos informando que tudo era na recepção, voltamos e ele disse tá aqui o formulário, achei um absurdo, praticamente fazendo o hospede de palhaço, não o manobrista, que por sinal a equipe excelente, mas o atendimento na recepção horrível. Uma observação: tem um cheiro horrível de esgoto onde fica a equipe para manobrar os carros, achei isso horrível para a equipe que tem que passar o dia inteiro com aquele cheiro ruim.

Excelente! Apesar de preferir um hotel mais intimista (Esse hotel era muito grande, como muitos hóspedes), a estada no Buona Vitta Gramado Resort & Spa Gramado Parks foi muito boa. Estadia perfeita ! Hotel maravilhoso, instalações novas e muito confortaveis. A área de lazer - especialmente as piscinas - excelente! O excelente atendimentos e cordialidade dos funcionários é marcante em todas as áreas - recepção, bares , café e limpeza. A academia do hotel é muito boa, completa e com ótimos equipamentos. Café da manhã é um dos pontos fortes, realmente fica cheio após as 09:30h, mas antes desse horário é muito tranquilo.

CAMAS DESCONFORTÁVEIS!

O hotel é bacana, não espetacular. Para mim, o imenso ponto fraco foram as camas. É absurdamente desconfortável. Inacreditável que eu não vejo esse tipo de reclamação ou eu sou muito azarado. AS CAMAS são muito ruins, mas muito! Fiquei em um quarto com dois quartos. A cama de casal com um colchão de péssima qualidade é extremamente pequeno, parecia mais uma cama de viúvo. No quarto da minha filha, de 9 anos, duas camas de solteiro que pareciam uma piada. Tanto que em uma noite ela caiu. Como podem manter camas desse tamanho??? Todas as noites foram mal dormidas e acordando cansado. Sou piloto de avião e portanto hospedagem é algo que tenho um pouco de vivência. Nunca vi tão ruim! Apesar de alguns problemas como filas, valet, por vezes a água do chuveiro não esquentou, nao voltaria por conta desse desconforto com as camas.
