"My stay at both Madrid and Barcelona Edition hotels was superb. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The room was large and kept in impeccable condition throughout our stay. The bars on the property were also fantastic and make a great "last stop" before going back to my room.
I'll make sure to look into other Edition hotels on my trips to other cities."

"We stayed at the Barceló Torre de Madrid for 5 nights (November 19–24) to celebrate our anniversary, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, welcomed us with free drinks, and even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our occasion — such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It sits right on Gran Vía, Madrid’s main avenue, meaning we were just steps away from major attractions, great restaurants, and endless things to do. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
Our room was modern, comfortable, and spotless, and every interaction with the hotel team was warm, friendly, and respectful. Their level of service made our stay feel truly memorable.
We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Madrid. Highly recommended!"
"Great location. The hotel is located very close to Puerta del Sol and all the shops and restaurants, but not so close that it was loud outside the open window. The lobby had a lot of stairs incorporated into the design, so not ideal for differently abled or immobile guests, but the design was beautiful and modern. The room was spotless. The front desk staff were friendly but lacked warmth. I didn't feel especially welcomed. The bellman were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite nice with multiple delicious options on a large buffet, and reasonably priced. The room design and amenities were quite nice and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The shower had nice water pressure."
"Lovely hotel, great room and staff. Breakfast was superb every day. My only gripe was it can be quite noisy. We were at the front if the hotel, the windows cut out a lot, but could still hear traffic and people outside and busy times (it was a busy time ) and we could also hear people in the next room at times. Tea facilities in the room would have been nice also. Other than that, location is excellent."
"The location is top tier. There are so many things to do as soon as you step out of the hotel. The room was clean and nice. Everything that I needed was within arms reach. I decided to save the best for last, the staff. The staff was wonderful from the second that I arrived. I felt as if they took a special interest in making my stay as pleasurable as possible. They offered great suggestions on things to do and provided me with punctual service. The cost was great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
