"Fantastic, peaceful location wth beautiful views.Very easy 2 min walk directly onto a quiet part of the beach. Host was quick to communicate when we had questions pre trip.and check in was easy.Some cleanliness issues in the kitchen but host was informed.A beautiful place to stay with friends or family and would recommend."

"Wow! This holiday house is amazing!! Kuti Sands is a really beautifully appointed home… there is absolutely everything you need with lots of lovely special touches and extras especially for families with young kids. We stayed with friends and really loved that it is so spacious with several areas to use both inside and out. The front balcony has a great view over the dunes especially in the evenings for the sunsets. Out by the pool is a fabulous sheltered spot to relax or cook on the BBQ while keeping an eye on the kids. The rear balcony was a perfect sunny spot to sit and read a book in peace. The pool was lovely and warm and such a great asset for those days when the sea is a bit cool. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable with ceiling fans, air conditioning and double glazed windows meaning you get a great nights sleep. The location is terrific… a few minutes walk to the beach, the Goolwa Surf Life Saving club and the much loved Kuti Shack beach side cafe. The main shopping centre/ supermarkets are at the end of the street too which is really handy. We explored the town and played a round of golf… everything is within such an easy distance. We will definitely be visiting again to enjoy this gorgeous home. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with your stay. "

"The property was in good condition, neat and clean. We enjoyed not having to take linen. We loved the undercover outdoor area and virtually lived in this area - it was so versatile, having 3 separate places available. Especially great when you have a dog. Having a second fridge was wonderful as all the drinks could go in one and food in the other. It was good having a lock box for the key, as we could all go our separate ways but didn't have to worry about the key."

"I guess nothing was misrepresented. Fusball Table was not a great experience. And the house is ‘what it is’. No dishwasher & 1 toilet put a strain on our stay. It is just ‘OK’ accommodation, hence the 3 star rating. Would we stay there again, probably not. "
