"The price is cheap, however, from the internet photos, the pictures looks really clean and the building around it looks clean, BUT, when you actually arrive, the area is getto and worn down, and everything is old, looks like from the 1960's hotel, 50 years old. Carpet dirty, used, old, elevator old, rooms old worn out, It looks like it was from the 1960's hotel. The staff is helpful, but everything is old."

"The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and offer good tips for getting around. The Chinese cleaner always ask us whether we want to clean our room, which is quite rare for budget hotels like this. Television in the room only show 3 local channels so is a bit boring. "

" We had a great stay at JW Marriott KL! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, just steps away from Pavilion mall and lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and quick to assist. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of variety however would have been easier to label food ingredients for those with food allergies. Staff awareness of food allergies will be beneficial "
