Novotel Surfers Paradise
There was a mixup with our room but the staff handled it exceptionally well. The renovation is nice but there are some design floors which means the showers always flood. I wouldn’t bother with this hotel again except that the staff are so amazing.

The staff were amazing! We were greated with a beautiful bottle of red wine and chocolates on arrival. Staff were incredibly accomodating with requests.
