I was disgusted on arrival to our room to find a large clump of hair on the floor, a hair on the sink and hair on the carpet. It was very disappointing. The rooms are old and tired now. "Rooms are a bit old and dated. While the beds were clean and comfy, the carpet was disgusting and the bathroom showed a lack of attention to detail with soap scum on the walls and floors needing a scrub. Staff were lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Location is great for surfers paradise restaurants, entertainment, and beaches."
