"really enjoyed the room and the staff. They took excellent care during our stay. The room was perfect for my father and I. I wish there were more breakfast options like fresh fruit, yogurts, juices, other protein options. "

"It was an excellent stay. Everything was excellent staying at Level 45 with my family. The services, the staff, the room, the amenities and the activities were all superb. My daughters would not even want to leave the hotel!!"
"THIS IS THE NICEST HOTEL IN HONG KONG. 🇭🇰 STILL PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW. DEFINITELY A 5 STAR HOTEL WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT FOOD, LOTS OF SHOPPING, PERFECT LOCATION, AND LOTS TO DO."
"Great hotel in the heart of Wan Chai, with excellent facilities. The room was smaller than others I stayed in, but I think that's the nature of a very densely populated Hong Kong. There were no beakfast facilities, but I used the coffee shop on the ground floor, which was fine, and there are loads of local options to eat and drink, day or night. Like most of Hong Kong, the area felt safe, even later at night. I would stay here again when I go back to Hong Kong."
"The room was clan and did not smell of smoke. The staff were friendly and professional.
The location of the hotel is fantastic if you are attending the HK Expo, no heavy traffic or pushing on public transport in the morning or evening. just an easy walk either way. "
