"My most sincere thanks to the front desk staff. As soon as I showed up at the front desk, a representative promptly informed me that I had a parcel delivered to the hotel for me. I didn't even have to ask for it. He made me feel like a million. (I believe his name is Kevin, I apologize if I got his name wrong. Could the management please find out who checked our family in on June 23, 2026? My last name is Kuan. Please thank him for us again.) The location of the hotel is great as it is about 10 mins from the nearest subway and mall. Along the way, there is covering to keep the rain off you, if there happens to be a downpour. The check in counter is on the 2nd floor (ie. the 1st floor as they called it by the locals). The process was efficient. There is a laundry room, where you can buy a token to use. The token is about 60 Hong Kong dollars. Breakfast is free daily. Our room was clean and adequate for 3 adults (1 North American queen size and 1 single bed). There is a water dispenser in the hallway of our floor. As a result, you don't need to buy any bottled water. The hotel provides 1 can of water per occupant. There is instant coffee, coffee mates, sugar and a kettle in the room. Water pressure of shower is weak, and toilet paper is a bit thin. There toilet doesn't have a bidet. The toilet paper can't be wet to wipe yourself, because the paper easily breaks apart. Otherwise, our room was really clean and comfortable."
"I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise.
The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants around the corner. I will definitely come back next time."
