What they provided was a mini sleeve board, which is completely unusable for pressing suits or dresses. After several messages, they eventually sent a full ironing board but tried to charge us a high taxi fee for delivery. The room could also be cleaner (the soap dispenser had a mix of different brands, and toilet bin didn't have a liner). Check-in time is super late at 4pm,...
