"Room was dusty and neglected in certain areas. Wonderful friendly staff. Horrible elevators. Have stayed here previously, but after this visit, we will cancel our August pre-cruise booking and look elsewhere. "

"Hotel on its own footprint, near to the dock area, so for a 1 night stay before boarding a cruise ship it was the best location. The room clean modern practical comfortable, and quiet. We added breakfast for 15 euro each. The temperature in the room, essentially the air conditioning had to be controlled via the reception desk, a first in my experience! Great and very helpful staff at all times of the day. Taxi to cruise port 15 euro. For 1 or 2 night occupancy it is great. "
