This is a beautiful (new) hotel in the centre of Gloucester really close to all the attractions and shops. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable; great beds, big fluffy towels and modern bathrooms. There are USB-B and USB-C charging points beside the bed which is great for international travellers. There is also a fridge, complimentary water, lots of beverages, a small bottle of real milk and a Nespresso machine. There is also a wardrobe with complimentary dressing gowns, clothes steamer...

Easy to book in, very friendly and helpful start. Excellent diner and breakfast at a reasonable price. Would stay here ant time.

Nice area

Apartment was very spacious with everything we needed. A continental breakfast was provided which was appreciated. We had dinner at the pub one night and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking available. There is no lift and entry/exit is via external fire exit stairs at the rear of the building.

Good clean room, air conditioning was welcome in the summer heat. It was a little further from the main town than I was expecting. The downsides are the internet is ridiculously slow and to get faster internet there’s an additional charge as was the 15 pound charge to check in early, which I understand if you were asking for an 8am check in but, to charge that much when you’re an hour early seems a bit money gouging.

Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. There are some great walks around the area.

We stayed for five nights and and for one of the nights had a second room for our daughter who also enjoyed all of the facilities immensely. Including the quality of the housekeeping breakfast etc. etc.

We were a family of 5 and the room was large enough for all of us including our many luggages. It was neat and tidy and the xtra large bed was very comfy. It is self check in/out. The room had simple amenities. Coffee, tea and kettle, shampoo and body wash. Bottle of water would be a great bonus. Good wifi and Netflix avail. The rooms are connected to the main restaurant bar. Breakfast was included which was the highlight of our stay. Good spread: juice, fruits, yoghurt, muesli, cornflakes, nice...

A little out of the way along a canal with good walking tracks. Excellent staff and dining room. Room very comfortable with dual aspect windows so good flow through breeze.

Great location in city centre. Good beds, quiet and central to all amenities and attractions.

The food van was great just needed the meals to be a little warmer Staff great Room was ok 2nd bedroom door could not be shut Recommended Jaynes Pantry for breakfast was on the money
