My first time at this venue and on arrival I got a good feeling. Everything was exceptional and I told more than one member of staff. I heard other guests doing the same. It is rare these days to experience this level of service & attention to detail in the UK. I am truly looking forward to going back in November. a five star venue.

The hotel and staff were fabulous. The food was delicious and our room couldn’t have been cleaner, but we were above the foyer toilet and had to endure every flush, hand wash and hand dryer - which got annoying. We’d definitely stay again but would ensure it was in a different room.

Great place! Would definitely go again. Overall, could do with a deeper clean in the room, but the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice, enjoyed having a bath! Wish I'd known in advance there was no lift though, as it was a struggle with such a large suitcase lol.

the hotel, while not the most updated, was nice, well run, and on beautiful grounds. No AC or elevators, but accommodating staff and nice restaurant and bar options. there were two proms on the property back to back which we did not get a heads up about… it made parking very difficult which was not ideal after coming back from a day trip.
