"First of all, the location of this hotel is as central as it gets, right across from the Duomo, yet are also quiet from the noise of the very busy Piazza. The rooms are luxurious, very spacious and immaculately clean, and the hotel manager Andrea is extremely welcoming and helpful, ready with all sorts of advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! "
"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "
"This hotel had the most wonderful staff—so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Unfortunately, our AC wasn’t working, and on the second day we experienced very low water pressure, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was quite good, and I always felt safe during my stay. The location was absolutely perfect—right next to the Duomo, which was such a treat!"

"This property was fantastic. They had valet parking which was super nice to not have to deal with downtown. It is so central to everything in downtown Florence and it was very nice to take quick breaks in the room and cool off. 10/10 would recommend and can’t speak highly enough about our experience!"
"Perfect location, only 5 minute walk to train station and centre of all attractions and places to dine. The hotel is super clean and staff so friendly. Will absolutely stay again when visiting lovely Florence."
