"Great location for anyone either coming or going from airport or wishing to stay in Perth area. Room was clean and host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of selections and was much appreciated for the following morning. Easy to find and parking available at the location."

"Internet very iffy, so tv reception very hit and miss, mostly miss. We stayed here as we were having work done on our house. So the internet would have been an advantage. Otherwise, excellent if you were on holiday. Staff were great. "

Outdoor and indoor fires were stocked with wood ready to relax and enjoy with the bottle of wine provided :) A very minor suggestion would be to have a bedside lamp rather than relying on main lights, and a cheese knife would be fab!
