"This hotel seemed to be recently renovated so everything was in great condition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and service was great. Hotel is not a "strip" hotel, but bus transport is right outside that can take you downtown and to the bus station to connect to other areas. 2great supermarkets are 5 minutes walk from the hotel so you can stock up on room snacks very easily. "My stay started out very rocky but the night manager was amazing! Mary the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our room. Breakfast was amazing! The entire staff were very accommodating. The hotel is near the city center, ladies it's a shoppers paradise! We stayed in the Jr Suite which was very spacious. The pool was lovely and clean and we were able to find parking for our rental car. I would have booked this hotel again on our return to Heraklion, but it was full and we couldn't get a reservation. It's convenient to the port and the airport. "
