The hotel was very basic but clean no problems with the room had my meals and used the pool at the hotel Sirius next door very good value for money food was good would go back again for that price

Iro hotel felt a little abandoned as there were no reception staff, restaurant or pool bar at the hotel. All the services were next door at Sergio hotel. Restaurant in Sergio was very good and staff extremely helpful and friendly. A little more information for the guests in Hotel Iro would have been good. First night we did not know where to go for dinner. When we found it it was great, as was the greek entertainment and dancing after dinner. A very nice surprise.

We knew it was a 2* but the thing that bothered us the most was the hard beds that are probably 30 years old and how loud it was towards the street but also inside of the hotel where the rooms are. Everything is tiled and zero sound proofing. Looking the door can be heard across the floor. While being in the bathroom you can listen to EVERYTHING that happens in the bathroom next door

L'hôtel n'est pas adapter aux enfants, ils n'y pas d'installation pour eux aux abords de la piscine ni d'espace pour qu'ils puissent jouer. Les chambres de l'hôtel Iro sont très mal isoler niveau du bruit intérieur et extérieur, certaines chambres n'ont qu'un voilage en guise de rideau. De plus, lors de la réservation en ligne nous avions demandé une chambre avec un lit double et lors de notre arriver, nous avons eu une chambre avec deux lits simple séparé. Le personnel a été arrangeant pour réglé ce désagrément malgré la pleine saisons (nouvelle chambre lit simple coller). Le personnel reste arrangeant pour ce qui est des horaires d'arriver et de départ ainsi que pour toutes autres demandes, mais manque de convivialité. L'hôtel est bien situé proche du centre ville, des arrêts de bus et a 30 min d'Heraklion.

Hotelzimmer in die Jahre gekommen, deutliche Abnutzung an Möbeln und Inventar. Klimaanlage funktioniert eher schlecht als recht. Unser Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf gegenüber liegendes Hotel. Essen generell würde ich als einfachste Art des Buffets beschreiben. Umgebung war topp, direkt im Geschehen, idle leckere Bars und Restaurants.

en raison de travaux, nous avons été hébergé, sans supplément, au Central Hotel où la chambre était propre faite tous les jours, où le personnel est disponible, très agréable Petit déjeuner copieux et varié Possibilité de prendre un repas à 10 € par personne (honnêtement imbattable)

Bij aankomst s'avonds kreeg ik als positieve verrassing een vernieuwde kamer in een ander en modern hotelgebouw. Echter was deze kamer gelegen aan het halfopen restaurant waar ik omstreeks 07:00 s'ochtends wakker werd van het lawaai van het plaatsen van eetborden en messen op de tafels van het terras van het restaurant. Graag meer aandacht en zorg van het personeel voor de nachtrust van de slapende gasten

Iro Hotel si appoggia al Sergius Hotel che è un bell'albergo di 3 stelle. L'Iro Hotel (2 stelle) invece è molto più semplice e le camere sono un po' piccole. Ma considerando che si sta al mare e in camera ci si sta poco, tutto sommato non pesa troppo. Di contro il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile a risolvere ogni problema. La colazione è ricca e abbondante. La posizione è centrale e comoda.

Relogement au Central Hôtel Hersonissos

A Cause du Covid, l'hotel Iro n'ouvrira ses portes que début juillet 2021. Du coup, ils nous ont gentiment proposé un relogement dans un autre hôtel avec prestations équivalentes, à quelques centaines de mètres, le Central Hôtel Hersonissos, sans avoir à payer de supplément. Du coup, je ne peux pas donner d'avis sur l'hôtel Iro. Concernant l'hôtel de remplacement, c'était parfait. Personnel aux petits soins, propreté irréprochable. En formule demi-pension, petit-déjeuner buffet copieux (excellent pain) et dîner sous forme de buffet, assez varié chaque jour, et aussi très bon.

Non possiamo che ringraziare tutto lo staff a partire dalla reception fino alle signore delle pulizie, ai camerieri e cuochi del ristorante. Camere essenziali e pulite, ristorante con scelta a buffet tenuto in ordine in modo efficiente. Anche la piscina e' tenuta bene ed abbastanza grande. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Ottimo albergo posizionato al centro di Hersonisso

Ho preso una stanza singola dal 02/09/2018 al 15/09/2018, presso l' IRO Hotel di Hersonissos, usufruendo della mezza pensione. Bella stanza, grande, ben posizionata e relativamente silenziosa. L' unico piccolo difetto riscontrato era la mancanza del frigorifero. Tutto il personale dipendente dell' hotel e' stato particolarmente gentile ed educato. Un ringraziamento particolare, soprattutto alla signora della reception, particolarmente attenta ad ogni minima esigenza degli ospiti. Persona dotata di grande professionalita' e competenza. Piu' che buona sia la colazione che la cena. Cambio asciugamani e biancheria ogni 03 giorni. Bella la piscina, con una notevole quantita' di lettini. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.Consiglio vivamente l' IRO Hotel a tutti coloro che si recano ad Hersonissos per ammirare sia le sue bellezze naturali che quelle paesaggistiche.

Perfekt für den Partyurlaub mit Freunden

Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen, da es allerdings Probleme mit der Zimmerbelegung gab, wurden wir kurzfristig für eine Nacht in das 3-Sterne-Nachbarhotel verlegt. Die Zimmer im iro Hotel sind rustikal eingerichtet und für Leute die harte Matratzen lieben gemacht. Die Zimmer wurden fast jeden Tag gereinigt und wir haben neue Handtücher bekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen gab es in einem anderen 3-Sterne-Hotel. Viel Auswahl, aber kein Geschmack stand auf dem Tagesplan des Buffets. Selbst das Wasser aus dem Zapfhahn hat nach Gas gerochen. Bis auf die Frühstückseier und das Gemüse hat mir persönlich beim Frühstück wirklich nichts geschmeckt. Welshalb wir unsere Essen immer in die naheliegenden Restaurants und Bars gelegt haben.

Υπήρξε έγκαιρη επικοινωνία με το ξενοδοχείο για το ότι θα πρέπει να μείνω σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο του ομίλου (Sergios Hotel) γιατί το Iro Hotel ήταν υπό ανακαίνιση! Δε χρειάστηκε να πληρώσω κάτι παραπάνω, μια και ήταν τριών αστέρων το άλλο! Χάρηκα με την ευγένεια του προσωπικού και με την προθυμία τους να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Πιστεύω θα ξαναπήγαινα είτε στο ένα είτε στο άλλο ξενοδοχείο. Απλά αν αναζητάτε ήσυχες διακοπές προτιμήστε άνοιξη ή αρχές φθινοπώρου, μια και η Χερσόνησος είναι ένας από τους δημοφιλείς προορισμούς του καλοκαιριού. Ήδη από τέλη Απριλίου είχε αρκετό κόσμο και είχε λίγο φασαρία το βράδυ! Ευτυχώς ήταν μικρής διάρκειας!

hôtel bien siué, proche de la plage.

Bonne situation en plein centre ville et proche de la plage. Attention les serviettes de toilette sont changées tous les 3 jours. Pas de variété au petit déjeuner , c'est toujours la même chose !!!
