"Front door of room wouldn't close all the way, had to be slammed. Ceiling in bathroom needs repaired. Hotel is now charging $5 per day parking fee in addition to the stay charge. Isn't parking in their lot included in that? Wi-fi signal very weak. We have stayed here every time we visit Gatlinburg, which is 1-2 times a year. We will be looking for a new place to stay."
