The hotel has a cool retro feel, everything was clean and the location was convenient to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Our son liked that we could go swimming even though it was freezing outside! The restaurant was good too. Overall a good experience.

Housekeeping was amazing. The indoor pool area was more than expected and very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Coffee shop in the lobby served tasty coffee. Very convenient to walk to downtown Gatlinburg.

Hotel wasnt bad a bit outdated. Staff was nice and freindly. Been better if they had washer and dyers for guest to use instead of having to leave property. You do hear alot of noise in your room from other guest and outside noise due to the old windows and slider door.
