Hotel was very nice for the price we paid, we really enjoyed staying here. The room was well decorated and comfortable and the location was great. There were a few minor maintenance issues like worn paint (mostly in common areas) and a missing drain plug, but these did not impact our experience.

The best part of the trip was the two pools, indoor and outdoor. Its walking distance from the main Gatlinburg strip. Our room was spacious and clean. Towels were replenished daily. Beds were comfortable, plenty of parking. The pillows were of good quality.

We have stayed here before but it’s been a long time since. I had no idea they renovated but it definitely needed it & we loved it! Our room was 241, which overlooked the indoor pool. It was great! Will definitely be back again!!
