"Cabin was wonderful. Great layout and plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children. Hot tub and game room were a hit with children and adults. Also, beautiful view and convenient to everything. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall was a great stay. We had a few issues throughout the rental duration, but when the owners were contacted, they were very responsive. I often got almost instantaneous responses to questions or issues.The Location of the rental was great. While you're definitely going to be traveling up the mountain quite a bit, it was a nice in-between location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is a nice "home base" if you plan on seeing the sites. It is rare to find a sectional couch for a rental like this, but it was nice to have one in this rental. The TV sets were nicely updated in each space. Most of the cookware that we needed was there. We didn't see any utensils for the grill, so we picked up some inexpensive ones from Walmart. The grill is also a charcoal park-style grill. I enjoyed cooking this way, but I also know that's not for everyone.Note: like many have said, the driveway is VERY STEEP. I have a 4-wheel drive SUV and it took a bit extra effort. We had a delivery person one day struggle to get up the driveway in their sedan. We met them down the hill. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. There was slow drainage in the one shower which made things slightly challenging, but we let the owners know. This location would definitely work well for smaller groups of 1-4 people. Compared to other locations, this one seems to have a bit more privacy that others I've stayed at. Internet was an A experience. There's also ample storage for clothes."

"Thank you from my Daughter and I! We had a beautiful and relaxing stay at your cabin and we will be back again. The highlight of the trip was seeing several bears (including cubs). We followed all safety guidelines regarding bears but it was beautiful getting pictures of them in the natural habitat. Thanks again for providing us with another positive experience!"

"This is a great house for a very relaxing mountain vacation! Just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The location is beautiful. You feel very secluded and it's so quiet. The king bed downstairs is so comfortable! I had the best sleep that entire week. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. We only used the downstairs areas, but the upstair bedrooms are very roomy. The pool table and video game machine were fun on a rainy afternoon. The balcony is a nice sunny place to sit and read a book. Yes we saw bears! But they do move along. We did find bear paw prints on our car door one morning. No food or wrappers inside. Thank you to the host for sharing this awesome place!"

"The cabin’s location was fantastic, and the views were absolutely incredible. However, we did experience an issue with the entrance code, as the one provided was incorrect. We had to contact customer service and wait for the issue to be resolved before we could access the cabin.Additionally, there was noticeable wear and tear throughout the cabin that should have been repaired. Considering the price of the cabin, I expected it to be in much better condition overall."
