"Very nicely reno’d property. Proximity to the sea wall walk is excellent as it’s right across the street. We did not eat at the restaurant but it seemed busy enough. The property is noisy as it’s on hwy 101 but we had a 2nd floor ocean view and that makes up for the traffic noise. Great check in staff, no issues. Would stay again. "

"What a gem this is! Clean and comfortable is just the beginning. From a well appointed kitchen to thoughtful little things like spare reading glasses, the owners clearly take a lot of pride in hosting. And the cottage is just darn cute!! The outdoor spaces really made it, from the patio set that was perfect for our morning coffee to the private covered firepit with cosy chairs and blankets where we enjoyed a rain storm. Many thanks to Susan and Dave who were friendly, responsive and accommodating both before and during our stay."

"Dave & Michelle's place is awesome. This place is stunning, as are the ocean views from the deck. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything anyone could want. We spent four nights here and could have stayed more. There are so many lakes in the area, and it is so beautiful in Garden Bay. Dave makes a great cinnamon bun and Michelle has some of the best Asian food we have eaten. You must try these. Communication was great and we can't wait to return. "

"Joanne’s place was perfect for our family weekend away. We enjoyed the spacious house, perfect for a large group, and also enjoyed taking the kayaks and canoes out on the lake. "

"Access to the ocean was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The attached restaturant was a little pricey; however the food was outstanding and the service top flight. One small shortcoming was the size of the pillows (a litle small). All in all, an outstanding experience"
