First couple floors of the hotel was leaking, karma lounge was closed as well due to it. Elevator to the parking lot was also not functional.

Great place! Location can’t be beat. I took hullo ferry from the island and hotel was just around the corner. I had my visa appointment at the US Consulate and it was an 8 minute walk and easy to find especially when you aren’t allowed to bring a phone with you to appointment.
Hotel room was beautiful. I got the premier king and had huge windows and a great view of part of the city and mainly of the harbour.

No mention of the property being completely under renovation. I chose this hotel because it was advertised as parking included and I had a hassle at the desk checking in to provide proof of that in my reservation. We stared out at a concrete wall. Pretty lousy location as well. Quite disappointing.

This place is fantastic, comfy and cosy, it has everything you need for a great getaway. Dave and Michelle are great hosts, friendly and welcoming, and I recommend trying Michelle’s food, the Shrimp Pad Thai was outstanding! Hopefully we will be back so we can also try Dave’s baking next time!
