"Very nice rooms and clean. I'm not a casino person, but found it very comfortable and convenient. No food after 9 pm on a weekday. Suggest keep kitchen open, people might gamble and use facilities. Wanted food after 9, but nothing on premises when it's a casino open until 4 am. Foodwise do better. Rooms are great."

"The hotel itself felt dated, and given the Hyatt name, I was expecting a little more. The hallway carpeting was coming up in places, and the bathrooms in the room were quite small. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations for a Hyatt property. That said, considering the price I paid, I suppose the experience was fairly in line with what I got for the money."

"This place is cute, neat with minimalist style but still has everything u need. There's a mini fridge in room and then there's a really nice, easily accessible common area with ice, microwave, coffee. So it's good bc it doesn't crowd the rrom but is close by. Staff was helpful. Also this is a great location, right in the middle of Broadway"
