"Beautiful property. We stayed in the Beach House which was child-friendly. Staff were great and so were the facilities. Only issue was the children’s pool was out of service but we were able to use the main pool at Saltmoore House. Breakfast was amazing too."

"Friendly staff. Room was clean. It’s located in the city centre easy to walk around the shops and beaches. It’s on a hill, so one must walk down steps to the beach or take a tram. Food in town was not ideal: I tried a few based on reviews or recommendations, but was disappointed. Parking in town is a nightmare. The hotel provided on street parking £5/night, but it’s difficult to find a spot. There are some lovely shops around the corner, some antiques and soaps, where worth a visit."

The curtains were a little shabby and could of done with a wash and some of the amenities could of done with fixing but we managed. It was the cheapest we could get for our visit so you basically get what you pay for, if you want a better quality hotel this is not the palace to stay."
