"No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs. No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house. Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay. "

"Only woe was that the exit to the hotel is only available via stairs so those with huge luggage, be prepared for a lil weight training. "

"写真で拝見するよりも部屋数が多く、敷地面積も広かったため、大人3人と中学生含む子供3人でも十分な広さでした。浴室も綺麗で子供達も大喜びでした。 近隣でプールに入った後にチェックインしましたが、即、入浴できたり洗濯物が洗え乾燥までできたのは、ありがたかったです。 曇りのため富士山は拝めませんでしたが、星空は眺められました。 近隣にイオンモールや精肉店があり、BBQを楽しむことが出来ました。 また利用したいと思います。"
