"Beautiful heritage hotel with amazing staff. Lovely balcony room with massive bath & Appelle toiletries. Breakfast was a treat - continental & cooked to order smashed avo eggs. Autumn leaves & the kangaroos. I can’t wait to visit again for a winter spa weekend. "

"The batch room needs urgent attention as the handwash basin unit starts to disintegrate. Also, the ventilation appears to be rather poor as the bathroom smells musty. The floor lamp switch is faulty The hot water kettle does not boil the water, and it also makes the water taste very bad. The tv didn't work because there was no signal - internet connection problem. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay."

"its a lovely clean house with comfortable beds ( although fold out bed is only basic ikea one so only best for a child). Quality is inline with the price and location. Kym was great in terms of communication"
