Top Fourth Presbyterian Church Hotel Reviews
Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
"This place has the best view and is right in the heart of where you want to be in Chicago. The staff were awesome. The room was plenty big and had everything we wanted in a room. The hallways were a little dirty, could have been vacuumed. Overall, the property was in good condition and the gym was nice too. I will stay here again. I have been to several places in Chicago to stay and this is my favorite so far!"
"Had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel with one minor glitch. For a portion of our stay, approximately 24 hours, the AC in the hotel was not working. It was fixed without issue but perhaps we should have been informed that there was a problem rather have us wonder why the room was so warm and the thermostat did not seem to work? Absolutely lovely staff and the common spaces as well as the room was beautiful! "
"The front desk staff was stellar! I cannot remember her name but she was training a new woman. She was amazing. They both were. She answered ALL of my many questions with grace and kindness. She was professional and helpful with recommendations for city dining as well. Thank you! I will be visiting again! "
