"Great destination and amazing experience. Everything was exactly as listed, access to the beach was amazing and all amenities were easily accessible. Only minor issue was the broken coffee maker but if that is the only thing that I am criticizing then it shows how great the place is. Highly recommend and would book again. "

"We had a great stay with two families: four adults in the upstairs rooms and four kids in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the common space on the second floor, with its ocean view, and some of us enjoyed the game room with pool (billiards) and video games.We saw all the available beach equipment, which made me jealous of folks staying there in warmer weather. It was too cold in late December for us to swim, but the beach was great for walks and views.Matt communicated with me in advance about two concerns from previous renters, working with me to make back-up plans in case those issues couldn't be fixed before our arrival. As it turned out, they were both fixed before we arrived, but I still appreciated the pro-active communication."

"Just returned from a five day rental in Crescent Beach Florida. This is a large villa which easily accommodated 14 participants. The house has a spectacular waterfront location with a walkway to a wide sandy beach.This house is right on A1A about 6 miles south of the heart of St Augustine with very easy access to all the historic sites there. A major supermarket is close.The unit itself had a main kitchen and two other smaller kitchens. These are amply supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Some basic spices supplied in cabinet. There were numerous bedroom choices. The common spaces and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The host responded promptly to questions and concerns throughout the trip.Would definitely recommend this villa for a large group."
