The location, employees, price was perfect but found it to be not up to par on clean. Trash in the hall ways, looked like it was not cleaned in a month. Dust on the toilet paper holder.

People are living in the woods near the Microtel building. A tractor trailer parked in the parking lot and left the trailer there over night. The plumbing in my room was in need of repair. The toilet ran off and on and the bathtub leaked a lot.

This place is excactly as adverstise, a resonably priced two star hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms (I had two over two visits) we clean and comfortable. That's all I needed or wanted.

Hotel definitely needs updates. Elevator needed repairs. Carpets were very dirty and smelled. Bathrooms needed updated and in general, rooms were not the cleanest. Wouldn’t stay here again.
