Talk about location! This 1 bed/1 bath guest suite is just a short walk to CSU and Downtown Fort Collins, putting you in the heart of it all. Start your day with coffee and breakfast at Rainbow Café, then explore local shops, breweries, and live music venues. Don’t miss The Mayor of Old Town, offering 100 beers on tap!

This home features:

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large backyard with a covered seating area, propane fire table, 4-person hot tub and a gas grill

INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV with complimentary streaming services, bar top seating for 2, board games

KITCHEN: Kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, kettle, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOM: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: 1 dedicated parking space off the alley

FUN FACT: This is a nationally registered historic home referred to as “The Sper House” after CJ Sper, a local harness maker who built it in the early 1900s.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

Charming and a great location to olds Fort Collins

This place is charming. About a 15 minute walk to old Fort Collins. Quiet neighborhood But walkable to many restaurants.

Special Retreat

Close to CSU & old town amidst 100+years old homes and trees, this delightful cottage has a large fenced in yard with comfortable seating and a hot tub. A comfy king sized bed and luxurious shower, plentiful closet space & washer/dryer made our stay perfect.

Awesome spot for our little family of 3 - space was clean, had everything we needed, and location can’t be beat. The backyard space was incredible - safely fenced for the kiddo to play. We come to Fort Collins every year and would certainly stay again.

Great Walkable Location with Lovely Backyard and Hot tub.

Really loved our stay here. Parking and super walkable to downtown. Neighbors were quiet and it was a very clean and safe spot. Great amenities, pet friendly and a lovely backyard patio. Rental manager was super communicative and the owner of the property even said hi and let us know if we had questions he’d be happy to help! Would rent this spot again!

It appears quaint, but 1) firetable didnt work 2)leather chair in living rm needs either deep cleaned or replaced ,yucky stains on it 3))ant infestation in the laundry rm we had to do so.e cleaning that we pd for.cleanimg staff to.do ie. Strip bedding too many rules with no budging without charging extra would lime some sort of small.credit.for the inoperable firepit and ants.

University community

It's great location if you like to be near the college community and all the things that come with it. Which we do. Many of the things we enjoy were a short walk or a couple minute car ride. The facility was well maintained and very comfortable spend time in.

Old bed and $2 pillows

The location is great, the yard area is beautiful, the space is well appointed, and cute... however: the mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. The bed seemed more like a full than a queen. The "pillows" on the bed were AWFUL. They were thin and cheap. I won't stay here again because of the bed and pillows. I'm in FoCo several weeks out of the year, and this is by far the most uncomfortable place I have stayed there.

Great location

Spent 3 nights at this property. Location was great- walking distance to CSU and Old Town. Property was clean though lacking a few amenities that you might find at other VRBOs (no box of tissues, clock, dresser, bath mat, full length mirror). I was concerned when I saw ear plugs available on the bedside table- could hear neighbors chicken a little in the morning and train noises at night, but nothing terrible. Space was nice with outdoor patio area. We arrived at night and there was no patio lighting on so we were a bit in the dark getting into the property. That being said, this is a clean property in a great location. We have stayed at others in Fort Collins that we have liked more from an amenities/ upkeep perspective.

Cozy Getaway

This place was wonderful! It is within walking distance of the downtown shops & restaurants in a very quiet, well kept neighborhood. A cute, cozy space with plenty of smartly designed outside area for relaxation.The apartment was well kept, comfortable king bed and great bathroom space with large shower. With no stove just a hotplate & outside grill, the cooking options are limited but that is stated in the listing. The property host was very accommodating and easy to work with & responded quickly to our questions. All around it was a very nice space. We would definitely stay again!

Not the place we booked, we wanted to be in Old Town but the host cancelled at the last minute. Stacy did a nice job getting us this cottage and it was nice, the hot tub was nice but not very private. Other than the distance from Old Town it was a nice place.

Nice private guest house

New, clean and modern decor. Perfect for a single or couple. Was great as a stop over pn a work trip for me. Hot tub was awesome. Private yard with fire pit, outdoor seating and a grill. One parking space only. Grout in bathroom floor needs redone.
