"We were fortunate to be upgraded to the deluxe "cabins" at the top of the property but were also very pleased with the rafting trip and staff at the center. The restaurant at the river was very good and a great convenience as we dined there all three nights of our stay. The prices there were very reasonable for dinner. The train trip offered at Bryson City was excellent and about a 20 minute drive to reach."

"Room was clean, staff very helpful, breakfast good enough to get you going. Overall was a good stay. Biggest complaint would be the property is not well lit in places, and not all paved walkways. (Think women in heels)We stayed 2 nights for a wedding, were in bldg 8, there were several giant holes in the lawn where you could easily twist your ankle if you didn't see them. Felt like a mine field. We had to walk through these grass unlit areas multiple times after dark. If you are just staying the night i guess it might not be an issue"

"This is like a camp ground of tiny homes. All units are unique I believe so it's important to understand the details of which one you're in which VRBO does not make it easy to understand. We stayed in Heroes Hideout which was super hero themed which was cool. We really only needed a bed as we planned to ride it motorcycle around to see fall foliage. We left for breakfast and came back after dinner. The unit suited us well. It has a bunk bead, RV toilet in it's own room designed as a phone both, and a small couch. . There was a sink and basic appliances. The main office is open 24 hours and they had all kinds of stuff to do and snacks to purchase. You do have to go to the main building for wifi. The location is pretty good being about 10 minutes from downtown Bryson City. We had a great time in the area and our stay at Gorgeous Stays worked out really well for a long weekend."

"Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!"
