Loved staying here. The place is beautiful and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, floor was clean, linens were clean. We will probably just bypass Gatlinburg altogether next time and just stay here :)

We had a very peaceful stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Continental breakfast was pastries and cereals, but worked fine for us.

This rustic inn was quaint, had excellent beds, and the continental breakfast was truly continental but good. The bathrooms are very small and you can tell the property has some age to it - some of that is charming but it’s mostly not. Well positioned for enjoying the park with some nice nearby hiking trails and Cades Cove.

In town for a marathon so the location was great. Beds are good, but a little stiff for my liking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is minimal and only opens at 8:00.

Our room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily during our stay. The beds were very comfortable . The only improvement could have been a brighter light over the sink. I would totally recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in Townsend and the hotel was great! Our room was clean and smelled great. The hotel in general was well maintained. The staff were great and very helpful! We hope to see you again for the 2027 Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival and Games!
