Space was large, comfortable, quiet. But NO tv Simone was very helpful and also ordered us a taxi for our departure. He carried two heavy suitcases upstairs when we arrived. He came to help us carry suitcases upon our departure but suitcases were downstairs already.

Service was efficient and friendly. The guest house is clean, quiet and has amazing fast wi-fi. Room was comfortable, new sheets and towels. Nothing fancy but absolutely fair for the price-point. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a precious commodity in Europe LOL About 15 minutes walking from Santa Maria Novella train station and 15 from the Basilica and major tourist attractions. It is a 3rd floor walk-up, that was the only downside.

Bel accueil, très gentil. Parle francais c'est un plus. Le plus gros problème il y a des travaux à l'étage inférieur. Dés 7 heure du matin on Entend des bruits de marteaux de scies rondes et ça parle très fort et ils mettent aussi de la musique. Et ce sont des gros travaux. Alors impossible de dormir après 7 heure.

Un poco caro por el nivel de oferta. Me han pedido mas de tasa de ciudad que anunciado al primer contacto (por el pretexto que habia aumentado) (??? verdad o no, no lo se, hay que verificar), es una guesthouse no un hotel. La ubicacion muy buena entre la estacion de trenes y el centro. Un poco ruidoso de los otros viajeros y de la calle. algunos consejor bastante buenos del poprietario. Bien para lo que estabamos esperando.

Super clean, great location, staff lovely, room was always nice temperature. Only complaint is the pillow was super uncomfortable as it didn't bend or move at all and the mini fridges were never stocked so I had to drink bathroom tap water one night. Would definitely stay again

Nice location

The hotel has a good location with a beautiful view of the old city. While not inside the center of town, it has a good location with a wide open view. It even has an open area where you can have your meals while taking in the scenery. They serve good breakfast too.The staff were very pleasing and helpful. Try to book ahead for the restaurant, Tartufo, just below the reception area.

Bom bonito e barato !

Nós adoramos!! Lugar super aconchegante, limpo, bem frequentado e bem localizado, e o serviço de quarto é feito todos os dias. O proprietário é super simpático e nos recebeu super bem deu ótimas dicas de como andar na cidade, o que fazer e onde comer.. com guia e descontos :) ele fala muito bem o inglês . É um guest house bem estruturado que não deixa a desejar. No quarto A cama é confortável tem armários, aquecedor, cobertas extra, apoio p malas, poltrona, mesa, cadeira, secador para roupas (para nós foi uma mão na roda) e frigobar. e mesmo não tendo uma cozinha ou sala de refeições na recepcao há máquina de café e frigobar tudo com preço bem justo e microondas e ebulidor à disposição para quem queira usar. Ponto negativo : fica no segundo andar e não tem elevador, para quem tem algum problema de mobilidade ou malas muito grandes, isso dificulta um pouco. Outro ponto é o box de banho que e alto e um pouco perigoso, precisa do auxílio de um chinelo. Nada diferente das fotos que vimos, e o serviço surpreendeu

이탈리아에서 묵은 곳 중 최악! 스트레스 왕창 받았다! 도착부터 직원이 호텔에서 퇴근했고 중간에 후기를 트립어드바이저에 안되게 남겼는데 여행 중인데 전화해서 난리치면서 삭제하라더라..자기말만 계속 반복...불공정하다나? 그럼 당신은 이렇게 하는 게 공정한 것인가? 고객의 말할 권리는 없는 것인가? 내 돈 주고 자는데 평가할 수 없는가? 참 어이없고 기분이 무척 나빴다! 다시는 떠올리기도 싫은 곳이다! 나쁘게 후기 올린 다른 사람들에게도 구리해서 삭제했을테니 평점,후기 믿지 마세요! 호텔스닷컴도 그런 곳은 소개하지 좀 마세요!

Sehr einfache, billige Ausstattung der Zimmer. Eine Toilette für 6 Gästezimmer mit integrierter Dusche. Unsere Duschkabine und ein Waschbecken waren im Zimmer. kein separates Bad. Die Farbe an Wand und Decke blätterte teilweise ab. Ansprechpartner am Empfang nur stundenweise da. Kein Aufzug, nur enge steile Treppe.

Basic hotel that does the job

The room was quite small but that doesn't matter too much. We had booked a shared bathroom and had a very large sink and a shower in our room which was nice. You only had to leave to go down the hall to use the toilet. Everything was kept moderately clean, and rooms were cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and it felt like there was air conditioning on when we first got there, but after that it kept getting less and less and it was scorching hot in there. The wifi was good. The location was pretty convenient. Only about a 10 minute walk from the bus station and 15 to the Duomo. It was located in an iffy part of town though, but once you were in the building it was fine. It's located on the top floor so there are a lot of stairs to walk up. The service was good, but he is not there 24 hours, so if you want something you must call or wait for him to show up. Overall it was a good value but I would probably not book again.
