The hotel has a great location and very easy to access and within walking distance to tourist attractions. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay very pleasant. The room itself was clean, but quite small, and the facilities inside were old. Overall, it’s good . Grazie!

Clean, spacious, but very minimalistic

Clean, minimal stay in Florence Italy. Close to Florence Central Market, Cathedral, and other tourist spots. Run by a friendly and helpful couple. One downside is that there is no reception desk, so checkin can be challenging, especially if you arrive after business hours and don’t have internet access on your phone.

Functional accommodation in city centre

Not so much a hotel - it's rented rooms on the top floor of an older style traditional property. Basic, but clean and functional, although the bathroom was small and rather tired. Useful communal fridge and microwave. Short easy walk to both railway station and historic city centre. Proprietor was pleasant and flexible about check in time to suit our train's arrival.

It is close to the naples central and convenient. however, the area did not look very safe as there's a lot of people crowded /hanged out downstairs outside the building. Maybe that's because we arrived late, after 7. But the interior of the hotel/room is good and clean.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, a equipe foi super atenciosa e prestativa, o que nos deixou bastante confortáveis durante a nossa estadia. No entanto, infelizmente, tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto. O chuveiro foi um grande inconveniente, pois em um dia não tinha água e no outro, quando havia, estava fria. Além disso, a cama me causou uma reação alérgica inesperada. Não sei se foi o produto de limpeza ou algum tipo de material da cama, mas passei a noite tossindo e não consegui dormir bem. Fiquei triste em relatar isso, pois a hospitalidade foi ótima, mas esses problemas afetaram muito a nossa experiência. Espero que possam revisar esses pontos para melhorar a qualidade da estadia dos próximos hóspedes.

The room is actually a hostel type of room. It was full of mosquitoes and were all bit up. There were no fans available so we had to leave the window open a little or we would have roasted in the room. Also the double bed had one side sunken in. The tv was a size of a small computer monitor and the stairs to climb up to the room had the railing super wobbly. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Location was great as it was very close to the train station and close to many of the main sites. Very good service and very easy check-in. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Florence.

Perfect spot

Very easy check in and stay- quiet and just perfect for our needs. No front desk- but easy and seamless meet for keys upon our arrival. Friendly and helpful! Great restaurants just a few doors away too!!!

Great location 10min walk from train station walk down via Nazionale. Turn left on Guelfa. And it’s on your left. Very easy. Nice size room for 4. Private bathroom down hall. Was very clean.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Vicino alla stazione, a due passi da S.Lorenzo, dal centro... pue essendo in un quartiere vivace...camera tranquilla e silenziosa. Se torniamo a Firenze ci rivedremo.Questa volta ho scoperto la Firenze del Verrocchio, del Ghirlandaio e dei Cenacoli...saltando le lunghe file di attesa dei turisti
