Location location location

The location couldn't be bettered, halfway between the duomo and the Signoria. Also plenty of good value restaurants nearby, and a handy supermarket.

This was a lovely hotel right in the center of the Duomo area, walkable to everything. It was very safe, clean, and had all of the amenities you need, including air conditioning, comfortable beds, hair dryer and room darkening window treatments, plus the owners and staff are very kind and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location

Great place to stay. Location cannot be beat. It’s in the heart of the Florence activity. Staff was helpful and ordered a taxi for us since ordering on your own can be a bit more complicated.

Recently renovated and neat as a pin, this small hotel is a gem. You cant ask for a better location - 5 mins walk to the Duomo and Uffizi and under 20 mins to the Boboli Gardens. All questions were quickly answered and everyone from the owner, management, cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication!

From start to finish this was a splendid stay. Checkin was seamless and friendly. Matteo was extremely quick to answer any questions, guiding me to good parking choices and other inquiries. The room was adorable, clean and with excellent quality beds and linens. The location could not be improved on; so close to everything! I highly recommend this property!

The rooms are large, with high ceilings, plenty of space, very clean, and large king size bed. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just steps away from both the Duomo and Piazza Signoria, and great restaurants all around. Could not be better situated in Firenze. Price is quite reasonable as compared to hotels in the area which often have small beds and less space in the room. My wife and I stayed three nights on our 12 day trip in Italy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

A near perfect lodging choice…

A near perfect choice: great location, amazing (albeit old and classic) rooms, comfy beds and ample restrooms. We even had an inflatable mid-sized bed for our toddler and there was still plenty of space. Service was great (Giovanna is incredible kind and easily reachable), and everything was super clean. Lack of a minibar in the room was sort of the only inconvenience, and it they could offer even a small continental breakfast in the common space of their floor, this would be a superb and difficult-to-beat alternative. Keep on with the great work!

Three strong positives about the hotel: 1) location could not be better, 2) the hotel is newly renovated and very pleasant, 3) the staff are very nice and very helpful. Two significant negatives: 1) for the most part this small, 7 room hotel is not staffed. The maid is there while cleaning the rooms, and the desk seems only to be manned when someone is due to check in. 2) The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building that otherwise seems unoccupied, and the route to the 3rd floor is off-putting.
