A wonderful stay!

Pierpaolo was a wonderful host and this was our favorite stay anywhere, ever! Super friendly greeting, comfortable rooms, incredible bathrooms, and a perfect location close to everything in Florence. We will come back with every visit to Florence in the future

This property is right in the heart of Florence. Location is within easy walking distance to all major attractions (and only a 3 min walk from Trattoria ZaZa and Mercato Centrale). Most importantly, the rooms are spotless and fully updated in a modern hotel style. The service from the owner was nothing short of excellent. It’s a 10! We would highly recommend staying here.

I loved this place! The host Pierpaolo is the best, he is very helpful and extremely nice. Whatever you need just ask him, also he has great recommendations to shops and restaurants! List if Perks: - clean (also has room cleaning) / quiet - within walking distance to everything - great host (Pierpaolo) - restaurants right outside your door - airport is 17mins away - train station is within walking distance If you’re thinking about booking it I would most definitely tell you to do so!

Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless, everything felt new and well cared for, and the room was perfectly quiet — we slept so well. The host welcomed us with great patience, helped us park our car, waited for us without rushing, explained everything in detail, and even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The space is beautiful. Very clean and well appointed. The bed was smaller than expected but comfortable. The location is also very good and the owner is simply amazing. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone spending time in Florence.

It was a really nice hotel both staff members that we interacted were super helpful and friendly, provided dining options that were really good. The hotel itself is relatively new. Is very modern and clean which for my is the biggest priority, my partner and I were very pleased with it.

We had an excellent stay at Madison Ginori Guelfa. Arrived and we were met by our host Pierpaolo, who was so welcoming and gracious. He provided restaurant and site recommendations, mapped our location and destinations and he was accessible by text if anything was needed. The room and facilities were pristine and very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay. We will return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Wonderful place overall. Our family arrived earlier than their check-in time but had to leave our luggage. The host came to greet us and took care of all the necessities with a welcoming gesture. He was thorough and responsive. The room was well decorated and modern, just like in the pictures on the website. I loved the bathroom—it was spacious and gorgeous. Not to mention the location, which was close to all the main attractions and the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maison Ginori Guelfa! Pierpaolo was a gracious host who met us at check in, helped with luggage and even showed us the accommodations. He gave us recommendations around Florence of what to do and where to eat. The apartments have key card access. It was quiet and private with daily housekeeping. We never went without. Next time we come to Florence, we will be booking Maison Ginori Guelfa! Absolutely fantastic, like a 5 star hotel.

You are lucky to stay at Maison Ginori Guelfa

We had a wonderful experience at Maison Ginori Guelfa. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Florence. We will stay here again if we come back to Florence. Great location, in the center of Florence, short walking distance to (basically) ALL of Florence's main attractions. 10 minute walk from the train station. There is a lovely bakery right across the street. The flat is on the first floor of the building. Each room is private, and they share a common kitchen, available for your use. The room is new, modern, beautiful, well equipped, and CLEAN. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet from outside noise. In the room you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, a selection of tea, and a stocked fridge; all complimentary. The private en-suite bathroom was excellent, large and well equipped. The rain shower, the waterfall shower, and the hand wand all worked very well. In general, the flat has everything you want and need. Pierpaolo is an exceptional host, friendly, very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. He will do anything to help you, with genuine care. He will give you clear instructions on how to get into the apartment, including the WiFi credentials. Check in time is accommodating, which is very helpful when you are traveling and can’t always know your arrival time. Check in was also fast and easy. Tip: you can leave your luggage at the flat after checkout. Very convenient if you still have time to explore Florence, and don’t want to lug y
