We had an issue with the toilet, but they fixed it right away, really efficient to find the solution, also thank you Andrea for the tax complimented, apartment it’s clean, and they offer you breakfast, nice play to stay

The property is well located, only 15minutes walk from the station and easy to find thanks to the straightforward instructions provided by Andreas team. The common area provided snacks, juices, teas and filter water. The room was clean, spacious and the bed wae comfortable. The tv had all the apps which was good after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Peaceful. Absolutely loved our stay here in Florence. It’s very safe with private rooms and a shared lounge and kitchen. The room was very large and the bathroom was big too! The shower was amazing and very spacious. We walked from the train station which was a little hard at dinner time with our luggage but we made it! Will most definitely be staying again next time we visit Florence.

miel alojamiento está bien, en cuanto a limpieza y camada buena, etc pero tengo de destacar que las ventanas dejan pasar todo ruido del exterior y no se puede dormir. está situado y da a una gran avenida que pasa el metro y gran cantidad de vehículos y se escucha todo. acústicamente fatal, nada recomendable.
