A great place to stay when visiting Florence. Conveniently located on bus and tram lines but also walkable into the historical centre (20-30 minutes walk, 10-15 min bus/tram). Room with own bathroom and terrace was spacious and as advertised. Also a decent-sized kitchen available for use by all, including fridge and two hobs. Basics such as olive oil, sugar and salt all on hand. There’s also a coffee machine with pods (one per person per day) and kettle. Seating inside and on terrace. Arrived with Flixbus at Villa Constanza and able to get tram and then bus which stops virtually outside (about 30-40 min journey). A little noisy as on a main road but would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Florence.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is located in a nice area with plenty food shops around. It’s just off the tram which takes you into the city centre very quickly. Hosts were very helpful and offered recommendations as well! Would stay again!

Kitchen is bad equipped and room is kinda basic but cute. Overall is a nice place for one night and can be convenient especially if you need to be close to the airport 👌

The property was very nice and cosy. They had a full kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The only downside was the lack of any type of A/C. They had a fan but being one of the hottest days in Italy, (104°f) the fan was not doing much.

It was wonderful time for me and my son. The room was not big but cosy. The hotel is placed near T2 tram line ( between the airport and railway station), very comfortable to reach. Well organized kitchen with the possibility to eat on wonderful terrace. We are very grateful to Mario and Dominico for this beautiful stay.

The place was really noisy and we couldn’t sleep over nights! Any person opening the room or washroom you can hear! We heard the dog bark as well! I was not sure if the place was pet friendly or not! We will not come back for sure!

I do NOT recommend for tourist. We had 2 horrible nights. This is a guest house so shared amenities and such but with the other guest it was hard to relax with people coming and going throughout the night. There were people the first night making food and smashing dishes in the kitchen until midnight and while we respect the culture, we rise early and did not sleep well or at all. The second night someone was slamming and banging on the door and buzzer to be let in and yelling for quite some time. When we tried to call the host, he only said some one missed check in and nothing was really done about it! After that experience we did not feel safe to stay there any more, even if it was another guest trying to check in, having someone try to kick the door down during the night was enough that we had to leave. We left two nights into our four night booking.The manager Alfonzo refused to refund us our money for the last two nights and called us liars when we explained what happened. I have not left a bad review for a service before but this was a terrible experience.

駅からT2トラムで10分、そこから徒歩5分。住宅地の一角で、スーパーも近く便利。建物は古いと思いますが手入れが行き届いていて、素敵なインテリア、さらに共有のキッチンとテラスがあります。エレベーターはありません。 ご主人は英語がきちんと話せる大変感じの良い方。ゆっくり、快適に過ごせました。

Excelente ubicación, con restaurante y tranvía muy cerca. Mario nos ha recibido muy bien, había café y una terraza donde sentarse con tranquilidad, todo muy limpio, los baños aunque son compartidos estaban impecables. Nos tocó una habitación con vista a la calle, y aún así no se escuchó mucho el ruido. Recomendado si lo que necesitas es pasar una noche en Florencia.

Zeer vriendelijke host, sprak keurig Engels en vertelde meteen wat dingen over de stad. We konden gratis fietsen lenen, wat 25 minutjes lopen naar het centrum een stuk makkelijker maakte. Alles was erg schoon en netjes verzorgd.
