Family vacation, excellent stay, this hotel is in the Center of everything!!! Very cute hotel, the front desk is incredibly helpful Shanel made great recommendation and reservations for us during our entire stay. The breakfast was very good and had everything staff super helpful, Claudia was very nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel, I read some of the negative reviews, but I did not encounter anything negative experience. The layout is different you do take a lot of turns to the room but does not take away from the charm of property. Parking I learned from several days in Italy that is not free. We had our car sent to a garage by the hotel and did not need it until we checked out. Laundry is also a service not a facility at the hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located. Walkable to train station, markets, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. The bar is not opened, which was disappointing and the wifi is hit or miss.
