The staff are very kind. Room was a little bit outdated and resembled Europe in the 50s, but there was heat and air conditioning and wifi. Free breakfast was good. We stayed next to the window and definitely heard traffic and honking but the location is great. could see cathedral and duomo from hotel window.

This hotel was a lovely surprise- very affordable in an expensive city. Close to the train station and a short walk everywhere- it was the perfect location for us. The staff was lovely. Very warm and kind. Highly recommend.
